Job Description :
Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize Paid Social campaigns focusing on social media advertising.
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic display campaigns using demand-side platforms (DSPs) to increase reach and improve targeting efficiency across relevant audiences.
Conduct audience segmentation research; develop compelling ad copy / testing strategies tailored for social & programmatic channels.
Analyze campaign performance metrics; provide actionable insights through regular reporting dashboards.
Collaborate with the campaigns team to bring messages to market and provide feedback on ad performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics & Insights teams to design A / B tests and experiments across digital acquisition channels.
Stay current on industry trends in paid social media tools / technologies (especially LinkedIn) best practices.
Monitor metrics like CTR , CPC, CPA, pipeline and ARR and optimize ad copy, bids, and landing pages for better results.
Analyze trends, and offer actionable recommendations to meet KPIs.
Assist with broader digital acquisition tasks as defined by the Team Lead of Digital Acquisition which may include Paid Search, Review Site or Community testing.
Qualifications :
3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns within B2B or SaaS environments-strong emphasis on LinkedIn Ads preferred.
Proven ability managing programmatic display campaigns using DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk or Google DV360.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics preferred.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills-both written & verbal-to clearly present findings / recommendations to leadership
Experience running experiments / test plans on review sites or similar digital channels.
Experience managing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Familiarity with additional digital marketing channels such as Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook.
