About the Role

We are on the lookout for a strategic and visionary Vice President for Data Center Development. This critical leadership role involves spearheading large-scale construction initiatives across high-growth hyperscale data center markets. The successful candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring meticulous execution from site selection to commissioning.

The role encompasses project-level profit and loss oversight, enforcing safety and quality standards, and acting as a key representative with important partners and stakeholders. Ideal candidates will bring at least 10 years of hands-on experience in delivering data center or mission-critical construction, showcasing a proven track record in managing multi-site programs and working with regionally dispersed teams.

A comprehensive understanding of Tier III / IV data center MEP systems and technical interfaces is crucial, in addition to strong commercial acumen and outstanding leadership and communication skills. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a collaborative and problem-solving mindset, and is committed to optimizing delivery at every stage.
