Currently, the company utilizes a maintenance connection platform, but there is a strong need to revamp and optimize preventive maintenance programs, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and streamline workflow processes. Skills and Requirements :

• 10+ experience managing manufacturing team
• Bachelors Degree in some form of engineering- mechanical engineer, Electrical engineering, any engineering discipline
• Pharmaceutical & food industry preferred
• Food industry experience
