Location : Lenexa, KS Shift : 2nd Shift 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM Schedule : 3 nights on / 4 nights off one week, then 4 nights on / 3 nights off the following week (work every other night over a 2-week rotation) Pay Rate : $20.00 / hr + 10% Night Shift Differential Interview Format : Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator (2nd Shift + shift differential). In this role, you will support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, retrieving, shipping, and cycle-counting raw and finished materials. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, supporting internal and external customers while maintaining safety and accuracy in all tasks. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, put away, pick, and ship raw and finished materials
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory
• Operate warehouse equipment (including forklift; certification provided if needed)
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of work areas
• Support special projects as assigned by the Lead or Logistics Manager
• Follow all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines (ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, IATA)
