Overview
Title : Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) Technical Engineer / Product Support
Location : The resource may sit in either Charlotte or Detroit. This is a hybrid position (3 days / week in office).

Responsibilities
- Manage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability
- Interface with business and management to support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities
- Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software
- Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies
- Work with project or functional leads in developing use cases / scenarios, flow diagrams and performing workflow analysis
- Create documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC
- Thoroughly understand the business partner requirements and troubleshoot when issues arise
