Supervisor, Video
Assembly is looking for a Supervisor, Video. The Supervisor, Video role is the day-to-day steward on the business and is on the front lines of developing and activating both tactical and custom Video recommendations to meet our clients' goals. The Supervisor, Video will work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to develop and execute video platform media buys for one of our clients. The ideal candidate for this position is an agile, proactive, team player who is curious and open to the changing face of media buying through technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate, purchase, and monitor media inventory across national broadcast, cable, OTT, and digital platforms.
- Analyze vendor proposals and media plans to ensure cost efficiency, GRP delivery, and audience reach.
- Execute scatter buy recommendations, manage upfront options / sell-offs, and negotiate test-and-learn opportunities.
- Oversee and mentor National Video Investment Associates in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Communicate regularly with networks regarding scheduling, inventory, and makegoods.
- Maintain special client-related projects such as marketplace updates and custom initiatives.
- Prepare and present a range of reports including tracking reports, GRP delivery, quarterly / annual post-buy analyses, and monthly spending summaries.
- Analyze historical and in-flight data to inform future optimizations and media strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and internal cross-functional teams.
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed on new opportunities, issues, or changes to campaign status.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of campaign, client, and agency updates to the broader team.
- Stay current on media, programming, and ratings trends, bringing new opportunities to the client and internal team.
- Maintain and reconcile campaign budgets and billing throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Partner with the Accounts Payable team to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate invoicing.

Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 3+ years of video media buying in an agency environment.Education : Bachelor's degree preferred.Deep understanding of national video channels including broadcast, cable, OTT, and digital.Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with upfront / scatter market practices.Proficient in media systems and tools such as DDS / Prisma, Nielsen, and eMarketer.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Equal Opportunities

Compensation (Text Only)
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $70,000 - $95,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
