Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Mechanical Solutions sales specialists to achieve sales targets
Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to guide sales efforts
Resolve customer complaints and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with commercial Water Heating, Hydronics, and Commercial HVAC equipment
Advanced mechanical aptitude; a technical degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years' sales experience; prior management experience preferred
Ability to train associates and customers on products and tools
Extensive knowledge of mechanical piping systems
