Job descriptionThe Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant will handle day to day Bookkeeping (AR / AP, Payroll, GL) Reconcile and balance accounts Handle check runs, and run AR / AP reports Process job reports and monthly / quarterly / yearly reporting Payroll processing (25 employees via QuickBooks) Excellent Work / Life Balance High visibility and opportunity Family oriented environment In their history, never a Layoff Full charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant experience to include AP, AR, payroll, GL, and related duties Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer / Client focused QuickBooks
