Collections Representative

Typical day in the role - prime auto collections, early stage (between 28-59 days past due)

Will work to grab at least 1 payment and can roll into delinquency.

They will be working on 2 different systems. 1 is an auto dialer and will transfer the call when someone picks up, the other is preview dial where they will have 15 seconds to pull up their account.

Very heavy outbound calling.

KPIS's - conversion rates (how many people they are speaking to and converting)

Contacts per system per hour

(20-25% monthly wrap time)

FIRST DAY - A lot of introducing, walking the floor, getting acclimated through the office, system access will come for them later in the week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alpharetta, GA.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
