We are currently seeking a qualified professional Parts Advisor to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and or accessories to our professional technicians and retail customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Daily Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
• Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
• Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner.
• Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
• Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians.
• Assist with the daily inventory.
• Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.
• Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.
