Behavioral Technician

BECOMING A BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN

We offer a competitive wage - you can expect to earn $21 to $23 per hour ! Additionally, we provide fantastic benefits :

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

As a Clinic Behavior Tech with us, you work a minimum of 30 hours per week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm (Monday - Friday).

You're the friendly face of our company, delivering exceptional services tailored to meet the needs of our clients. With comprehensive training and unwavering support from our expert supervising clinicians and leadership team, you provide 1 : 1 learning sessions within our clinic, aimed at fostering competent learning skills that empower children with autism to thrive at home and within their communities.

Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you implement evidence-based techniques and use a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage skill acquisition, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Heart for working with children and people with autism
• Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job
• Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs
