Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Transportation Civil Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of highway and roadway related engineering experience.
This position will provide a unique opportunity for you to design and manage all aspects of a diverse array of public and private sector projects in a team environment.
Responsibilities for this position may include :
- Plan and implement highway, local roadway, and multi-modal projects
- Develop drawings, cost estimates and specifications for various improvements
- Perform studies and write reports
- Periodic transportation engineering support for other KPFF offices
- Support project scoping, schedules and budgets
- Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome
- Support business development pursuits to grow our business in the Inland NW
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Engineering (PE) License in Idaho, or ability to attain one within 6 months
- 8 years of experience providing civil engineering services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Leadership aptitude
Project experience with Idaho agencies, such as ITD, local highway districts, and local municipalities is highly desired.
