Shift Manager
We are seeking Shift Managers positions which are full-time or part-time managers that help support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the business.
The ideal candidate will possess the experience and desire to lead, open and / or close the store as a key holder with the responsibility of cash management, inventory controls, upholding food safety standards, leading by example with delivering a WOW customer service experience, exceeding daily goals set by the GM during their shift and adhering to all company policy and procedures with the highest level of integrity.
This role is an integral part of the store leadership team and is a bench position for store management throughout the company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for managing tasks as delegated by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager for their assigned shift.
Maintains the front store and monitors store operations for their assigned shift.
Responsible for opening or closing the store in accordance with assigned shift.
Orders products and for Grab and Go cases.
Ensures that staff is uniformed and maintain a professional image.
Assigns tasks to employees on shift.
Calls replacements in the event of call-off or no call no show.
Engages customers to make sure that they are satisfied with service and products offered.
Manages cash intake, counting in and out of registers at regular intervals and tabulating profit at the end of the shift.
Makes sure that the store is clean and presentable at the start and end of each shift.
REQUIREMENTS / EXPECTATIONS :
Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
Generally, a full-time position, part time hours available as well.
Climbing, reaching, walking, sitting, grasping, repetitive motions, visual acuity, hearing, and a great deal of smiling.
Represent the Brand by maintaining a professional appearance.
Pass required TSA background check and drug test.
Pass all prerequisite training.
Previous restaurant experience including cash handling.
Previous experience managing people.
High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
Availability in the early mornings, weekends and holidays.
