The client, a growing fashion company with international presence, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead and oversee global operations. The COO will be responsible for designing and optimizing the Supply Chain strategy, supervising Purchasing and Production, ensuring efficiency in Distribution and Logistics processes, and implementing technological solutions for digital transformation. Additionally, the COO will establish Quality policies, integrate Sustainability initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic growth and international expansion.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in leadership positions within fashion, retail, or consumer companies with international reach. They should have a deep understanding of global supply chains, omnichannel logistics, and hybrid distribution models. Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, strategic focus, excellent leadership abilities, and proficiency in English (C1 / C2) are required. Fluency in other languages and willingness to travel internationally are a plus.
