We’re actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in ground-up commercial construction to join a dynamic and growing team in Chicago, IL . You’ll be trusted to lead large, high-profile builds from concept through completion.

What You’ll Do :

Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation

Lead project teams and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

Work on large, notable builds in sectors like healthcare, higher education, and commercial office

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

Strong background in ground-up construction

Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills

Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and deliver projects on time

Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management tools
