The Director, eCommerce Architecture will be responsible for working shoulder to shoulder on initiatives with multiple development teams to design quality solutions built for sustainability, performance, and scalability on a cloud‑first, composable, headless architecture for high‑traffic customer‑facing retail websites. This position requires a strong foundation in cloud‑based architecture, microservices, building ecommerce websites and the ability to bridge to other technologies and skills over time as our architecture landscape evolves. This will be accomplished in a highly collaborative, exciting, and fast‑paced atmosphere with a passion for learning new technologies, patterns, tools, platforms, and best practices. It also requires great communication, mentoring, and empathy skills to coach other developers in the aforementioned areas.

Minimum Starting Rate : $175,000.00 Annually Up to : $220,000.00 AnnuallyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
