Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based educational health program is seeking a Substitute Licensed Practical Nurse to cover daily or short-term absences within student health offices. The position requires clinical competence, reliability, and readiness to serve diverse student populations.

Responsibilities / Duties :

Provide health care coverage during substitute assignments, administering medications and treatments per physician orders

Conduct student health assessments, manage documentation, and maintain compliance with state school health guidelines

Monitor chronic conditions, respond to first-aid and urgent care situations, and communicate with supervising RN or administrative staff

Support school-wide health initiatives and maintain student health records

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

Pennsylvania LPN license, current and in good standing

Experience in pediatric, school, or clinical healthcare environments preferred

Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management

Flexibility and reliability for substitute assignments
