Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Planning Manager to join our team supporting our Federal client in the Washington DC area! In this role you will get to lead a multi-disciplined planning team providing onsite support at the client office.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Act as the Company representative with the client during the program execution.
• Assist client to determine specific planning support requirements to execute expanding construction program including :
• Prepare work programs to translate project objectives into detailed plans
• Develop plans for utilization of land and physical facilities of military installations applying extensive and diverse knowledge of planning principles and practices
• Prepare Facility Requirements and Space Planning; Site and Area Development Planning
• Gather, compile, and analyze data on economic, social, and physical factors affecting the construction projects
• Review, monitor, and ensure compliance with Federal and local standards
• Support client in discussions with regulatory agencies and in public meetings
• Coordinate with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.
• Support various planning activities by preparing or reviewing plans, including charettes, 1391s, installation master plans and other
• Mobilize company resources, through liaison with technical design team, other offices, or specialty subcontractors, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.

Salary Range : $128,700.00 - $231,700.00
