Qualifications
- Valid barbering or cosmetology license in the state of Texas
- Proven experience in providing barbering services, including haircuts and shaves
- Strong sales skills to promote retail products and upsell services
- Ability to mentor and train junior barbers in the latest techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and provide a positive experience at the front desk
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling
- Deliver personalized consultations to understand clients' preferences and needs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Facilitate services within the time requirements
