We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This position will be approximately 20 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diligently working on various projects, including scanning, and creating files, with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

This role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently, minimizing errors while completing tasks promptly while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities :

  • Scan and organize documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain electronic files with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness, even for mundane and time-consuming projects.
  • Create and conduct thorough reviews of spreadsheets for errors.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing, managing correspondence, and performing general office tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in an office setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including scanners and computers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
