Overview : Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing essential patient care during night shifts. This role involves assisting with patient admissions, supporting nursing care plans, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients in a medical unit.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with daily care needs and respond promptly to their requests.
- Support the admission process by orienting patients to the unit and equipment.
- Carry out delegated nursing tasks to help implement care plans.
- Maintain patient safety by properly using equipment and supplies.
- Manage and restock supplies to ensure a well-organized patient environment.
- Participate in cost containment and accurate patient service charging.
- Engage in educational and performance improvement activities.
- Perform waived testing and maintain required skills per unit competency.
- Demonstrate responsibility in customer satisfaction and patient throughput.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Nursing Assistant certification mandatory.
Experience : No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
Requirements :
