Position Overview :

Responsibilities :

• Handle a diverse caseload and provide legal advice to clients.
• Research, analyze, and interpret laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, and negotiations.
• Stay updated on changes in the legal field and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and offer guidance to junior staff members.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the relevant state bar association.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in legal software and technology.
