Key Responsibilities
Handle e-mails and incoming / outbound calls to assist users
Investigate user-reported issues to determine root causes
Ensure compliance with program requirements, regulations, and policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of relevant experience
Equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered
Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, and Long-Term Care preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
