We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Holladay, UT office. In the role you will be responsible for the strategic alignment and daily operations of the clinic.
We are looking for someone who can lead and grow a team, and puts patient care first. This role is responsible for leading, educating and delivering results for patients and employees.

Promote an optimal customer experience from the initial interaction through ongoing care in a refined atmosphere. Ensure smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment.
Lead people and manage processes to ensure adherence to Serenity standards. Problem solve customer and staff issues as they arise.
Conduct daily operations including staff scheduling, office administration, and performance management. Lead the hiring, training, and onboarding of clinic staff with the support of a recruiter and trainers Qualifications 3+ years business management / supervisory experience.
A business degree in Marketing, Communications, Economic or Business Administration from an accredited University or an equivalent of education and / or experience in leading teams and driving business results.
We will train in the healthcare aspects of the position, but you must have proven experience or knowledge in business acumen.
