Job Description
The Director, Consumer Insights, is a lead strategic partner across 2 categories, a $1.3B business portfolio with deep human insight into consumers, categories, and Insight functional best practices. We are looking for a world-class consumer insights professional / strategist to lead Consumer Insights for the Bakery & Cookies Category. This involves generating actionable insights for innovation, marketing communications, brand strategies and initiatives for some of America's most iconic brands, including Pepperidge Farm Milano Cookies, Chessman Cookies, Swirl Bread and more. You will be responsible for driving functional excellence and a passion for the consumer throughout the entire category team. You'll be tasked with using multi-disciplinary approaches and immersive approaches to understand how new and prospective consumers engage with our categories and brands to architect strategies and programs for the portfolio, categories, and individual brands. This role will report into the Sr. Director, Consumer Insights - Snacks and functionally to the VP Category Lead - Snacks, Bakery, & Cookies.

Compensation and Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $168,400-$242,200. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
