Mortgage Sales Manager
Location East Moline, IL
We are looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager for a client in Moline, IL area. This position can be a regional candidate and does not need to be onsite every day. Responsibilities :
- Enforce company policies
- Recruit and hire future Representatives
- Train / motivate the sales force
- Complete competitive analysis on product, features, and neighborhoods / amenities
- Meet or beat set sales goals
- Create new incentives for neighborhoods
- Work with the Marketing Department and division management on advertising
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of mortgage experience in Sales, Operations, or Administration
- Strong communications skills both verbal and in writing
- Strong computer skills including report building and data management
