Cluster Operations Manager
Eurofins is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple grain inspection sites. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across 35 locations. What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple grain inspection labs and field sites
- Act as the primary liaison between Eurofins and client grain companies
- Train and supervise grain inspectors and site supervisors in grading procedures and lab protocols
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results to clients and internal teams
- Lead hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee relations in collaboration with HR
- Maintain readiness to respond to client needs, troubleshoot operational issues, and guide process improvements
- Serve as a subject matter expert in grading commodities such as corn and soybeans
- Promote safety, cleanliness, and compliance with USDA and industry standards
- Attend industry events and contribute to strategic business planning
