Job descriptionIdentify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and internal channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and following up on clients. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (remote sales experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Incentive Compensation with commission and performance-based bonuses.
