Job descriptionLead & Inspire : Provide clarity, direction, and motivation to the regional sales team to achieve ambitious goals. Develop Talent : Coach and support team members, creating a strong, diverse pipeline of talent for the future. Strengthen Partnerships : Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distribution partners. Align & Execute : Collaborate with divisional sales leaders to target high-potential accounts and drive growth. Engage Customers : Connect with end users to understand their needs and influence preference for ITW Welding solutions. The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in Northeastern United States (New England & Mid Atlantic States).
This is a key leadership role responsible for :
- Driving profitable growth and market share
- Building strong relationships with distributors and end users
- Inspiring and developing a talented sales team
- Executing ITW Welding's North American sales strategy in a dynamic and competitive market
