Position Summary :
The Manager of Alumni Workforce Operations leads the execution, and continuous improvement of processes that connect alumni to career advancement, professional development, and workforce mobility opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of alumni services. The manager will act as a systems thinkerimproving alumni engagement, developing scalable solutions, and helping Nightingale College become a national leader in alumni workforce development.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
