A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing client support for productivity reporting and data management
Transform and validate client data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Train users on the reporting platform and perform ad hoc analytics as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, finance, or decision support
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a hospital
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytic tools
Experience in managing user access to reporting platforms
