Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level or early-career Staff Engineer with 1-2 years of experience. This role involves working closely with our sales team, performing design analysis, meeting design requirements, and engaging in structural design. The position offers a dynamic workday where you will wear multiple hats and experience varied daily tasks. You will primarily work in an office setting, seated in a cubicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to integrate design analysis into projects.
• Conduct and evaluate design requirements for various structural designs.
• Engage in structural engineering tasks and projects as needed.
• Adapt to different roles and responsibilities as required by daily tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00 / hr.
