Job description

Customer Service Representative

Addison Group is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills to support day-to-day operations and client service needs.

Location : Frisco, Texas

Work Schedule : MondayFriday, Flexibility to work schedule between 7 am 7 pm; Hybrid work schedule, 1 day in office per week and 4 days remote after training period.

Type of Employment : Contract-to-Hire

Compensation : $17 / Hour

Industry : Consumer Services

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with clients and vendors to resolve service-related inquiries
  • Manage a personal queue within the internal CRM system
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity logs in accordance with internal procedures
  • Provide timely updates and resolutions on open tickets and escalated issues
  • Coordinate service requests from initiation through to completion
  • Handle high-volume email and phone correspondence, including interaction with executive-level contacts
  • Review account records to verify pricing and service details
  • Conduct web-based research to support customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen business relationships
  • Adhere to assigned schedule and attendance expectations
  • Participate in rotating on-call shifts and work holidays when business needs require
  • Support other business functions and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility are essential
