Bilingual Data Entry/Call Center Agent
Currently seeking data entry / call center agent for a position within our company. Ideal candidate should be team-oriented and detailed oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
This individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment with high call volume and remain professional under pressure.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to follow specific oral and written directions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
- Excellent computer skills a must, proficient in email systems, Microsoft word and Excel
- Confident self-starter who can work independently as part of a team.
- Must maintain a positive attitude on and off the phone.
- Must be organized and dependable
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
- Bi-Lingual English and Spanish
Requirements
Description of Duties include but are not limited to :
- Accurately enter data into various forms
- Request additional information
- Send emails
- Submit reports
- Print and send letters
- Answer phone calls
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Benefits
Starting pay range from $11.00-$13.00 per hour
