Title :  Scrum Master

Position type : Full Time – Contract

Duration : 12 + Months

Location :  Irving Texas

As Scrum Master, You would :

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach teams on Agile / Scrum principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.
• Design and maintain custom JIRA dashboards and filters using JQL.
• Automate reporting and workflow optimization across agile teams.
• Provide JIRA administration support including project setup, permissions, and configurations.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects including server provisioning, network upgrades, and storage management.
• Work closely with IT Ops to ensure uptime, scalability, and security of data center environments.
• Monitor performance metrics and support capacity planning.
• Document infrastructure architecture and change management processes.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range :   $40 to $45 / hr.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
