- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, company policies, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information.
- Record all customer interactions and activities using designated organizational tools.
- Respond to inbound calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide quotes and support inside sales efforts.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Proven experience in call center or customer service roles.
- Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Familiarity with inside sales and upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of providing quotes and supporting sales initiatives.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and systems.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
