PWF - Construction Billing Analyst (FT / PT)

Location : Apopka, FL – In-Office Only (Not Remote)

Compensation :

Full-Time : $48,000 – $55,000 / year (DOE)

Part-Time (Mornings Only) : $19 – $24 / hr (DOE)

About Us

Pioneer Welding and Fabrication (PWF) is a structural steel contractor known for quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and on-time project delivery. We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Billing & Collections Analyst to help manage invoicing, track receivables, and ensure timely collections.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and submit monthly billings (AIA & non-AIA).

Track receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.

Verify billing accuracy with PMs and support change orders.

Process lien waivers and releases.

Maintain billing / collections records and reports.

Partner with accounting to reconcile accounts.

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage, Viewpoint, or Procore is a plus.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Construction billing experience preferred, but not required.
