As a Senior Asset Manager within PNC's Multifamily Capital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Louisville, Dallas, Boston, Portland or Atlanta. Other locations within the PNC footprint will be considered. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

Oversees portfolios and / or customer requests of high complexity and performs transaction analysis. Reviews and processes customer requests related to the servicing of assets, monitors watch list assets, and may transfer assets to special servicing area. Prepares and presents cases and approval memoranda for approval as designated and makes suitable recommendations to leadership. Reserve administration. May perform or coordinate inspections and complete reports. Reviews financial statements related to the asset, market and economic data to determine the economic impact and / or compliance impact for the operation of the assets. Interprets loan documents and servicing agreements. May perform risk ratings, create investor reports and escalate issues accordingly, and manage credit risk and compliance documentation. Identifies process improvement opportunities and may create and update policies and procedures as necessary. Engages in frequent verbal and written communication with internal and external parties which may include, high touch customers and their representatives, outside counsel, agencies, special servicers, and investors.

Preferred Skills : Asset Management, Decision Making, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, General Ledger (GL), Investment Management, Revenue Recognition Competencies : Data Gathering and Reporting, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Financial Statement Analysis, Investment Reporting, Managing Multiple Priorities, Market Risk, Negotiating, Problem Solving, Regulatory Environment - Financial Services Work Experience : Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $55,000.00 $134,550.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
