What You'll Do

The responsibilities of the Consumer Lending Specialist I role include providing analytical support to the Consumer Lending department to identify trends and recommendations for lending strategies. The specialist also assists with the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and maintenance of the Loan Origination System, specifically related to system performance, enhancements, and troubleshooting performance issues.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the preparation of reporting requirements, assigned analysis and projects
• Utilize statistical data and analysis to make recommendations for lending strategies, create enhanced loan queues to properly manage volume, and address other various matters.
• Enhance, improve, and maintain written procedures for the Consumer Lending department
• Assist with system maintenance and upgrades, including testing, internal communications, and deployment.
• Make recommendations to improve the Consumer Loan processes and proactively work towards a consistent high level of excellence
• Perform a variety of additional duties, including, but not limited to, performing testing for systems upgrades and completing a variety of daily reports as requested by Management.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
