You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customer orders, renewals, and internal processes run smoothly and accurately — supporting Sales, Renewals, and Professional Services teams across the globe.    If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys working cross-functionally, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a measurable impact and grow your career within a global SaaS company.  What You’ll Do  Manage the full order process — from finalized quote to system activation request and invoicing  Validate contract documentation and ensure all final agreements are complete, accurate, and ready for signature  Maintain and validate internal data to ensure KPIs and dashboards are accurate  Partner closely within Finance and with Sales, Renewals, Cloud Ops, and Global Receivables to ensure seamless handoffs and timely invoicing  Enforce and refine global process standards across multiple systems to maintain data consistency  Contribute to continuous process improvement and automation initiatives  What You’ll Bring  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience  2–3 years of experience supporting a services or SaaS-based business  Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail  Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and levels  Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite  Fluent in English (French or German proficiency is a plus)  Preferred Qualifications  Experience with multidimensional planning or performance management platforms (Board, Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, IBM, SAP, etc.)  Multi-lingual communication skills  Experience supporting global operations and / or billing workflows  Who You Are  Self-motivated, curious, and solution-oriented  Enjoys working independently but thrives in collaboration  Flexible and comfortable navigating change  Empathetic, inclusive, and respectful of all colleagues  Driven to improve — for yourself, your team, and the customer  And, of course, fun to work with!
