Suspension Technician

Idaho’s premier suspension and drivetrain shop is seeking a skilled and experienced Suspension Technician and Gear Installer to join our team. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined individual who specializes in differential gear setup and drivetrain repair, with additional experience in suspension systems and alignments.

While the qualifications below reflect our ideal candidate, we’re open to considering talented individuals with solid experience and a strong work ethic—even if every box isn't checked.

Primary Responsibilities – Suspension Focus :

• Perform suspension diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements.
• Complete advanced precision alignments for optimal handling and performance.
• Rebuild and service shocks, including OEM and aftermarket applications.
• Install lift kits, leveling kits, and custom suspension systems.
• Conduct general suspension maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including off-road, on-road and high-performance platforms.
• Ensure ride quality, safety, and customer satisfaction through accurate workmanship.
• Maintain shop safety, organization, and professional standards.
• Complete time sheets and job documentation accurately and promptly.
