Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in staffing / recruiting.
- Utilize recruiting processes to leverage resume tracking software.
- Engage resources to maximize the strategic role of the Staffing function and eliminate non-value-added work.
- Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the staffing process.
- Conduct interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities and other data relevant to the selection process.
- Prepare, extend and negotiate competitive job offers.
- Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR initiatives and programs to include the creation of files / documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Manage / enter data in one or more of the following HR systems : Payroll, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits Learning and / or Recruitment.
- Provide data and information to others on HR area processes and procedures.
Education / Experience :
High School DiplomaAssociates or bachelors with focus in HR Preferred1 year of recruiting experienceHigh volume recruiting, manufacturing or direct labor experience is a preferred.
