Summary :
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a visionary leader responsible for shaping the bank's technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. This strategic role plays a critical part in overseeing the bank's technological infrastructure, digital transformation efforts, and the delivery of innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the bank's business objectives. Define the bank's technology roadmap, guiding the adoption of emerging technologies and innovation.
- Provide strategic leadership to technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide teams to achieve technical excellence and business outcomes.
- Lead the bank's digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, products, and services through technology. Drive a customer-centric approach to digital solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies that enhance the bank's competitive edge.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and robust technology architecture. Ensure that systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with vendors, technology partners, and third-party providers to source and implement technology solutions that meet the bank's requirements and security standards.
- Mitigate technology-related risks by ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations, data privacy standards, and industry best practices. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Lead large-scale technology projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. Monitor project progress and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business strategies. Foster a culture of communication and collaboration.
- Manage the technology budget, allocating resources efficiently to support technology initiatives, projects, and operational needs.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of technology solutions and processes. Continuously monitor and optimize technology performance.

Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.Master's degree or MBA preferred.Required Knowledge / Skills :
Extensive experience in guiding technology teams and shaping strategic technology direction to achieve business goals.Deep understanding of emerging technologies like AI, cloud computing, and data analytics, with the ability to apply them strategically.Proficiency in designing scalable architectures and guiding software development using Agile and DevOps practices.In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, and ensuring compliance.Experience driving customer-focused digital transformations and process improvements.Strong project management skills and ability to manage technology budgets effectively.Exceptional communication skills and adeptness at leading teams through technological changes.Skill in managing vendor relationships, evaluating solutions, and negotiating contracts.Familiarity with financial services industry and technology trends specific to banking.Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide technology teams.Desired Experiences :
