Compensation: $38.52 – $53.70/hour (based on years of experience)

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Medical Telemetry Unit. This role is responsible for organizing and managing patient care functions, enhancing outcomes through effective staff leadership, and ensuring a culture of clinical excellence. The Nurse Manager serves as a role model for quality care, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while collaborating closely with physicians and staff to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
Oversee daily patient care operations within the Medical Telemetry unit
Lead and support nursing staff through education, mentorship, and development
Monitor processes to drive continuous improvement in quality and outcomes
Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, physician orders, policies, and state regulations
Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and strong decision-making skills
Current Florida RN license or active compact state RN license (must meet Florida requirements)
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
ACLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Charge RN or CNC
Minimum 1 year of full-time acute care hospital experience
Beds: 32–36
Leadership Structure: Managers report directly to the Director of Nursing (DON)
Support: Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) assist with leadership duties
Pay Range: $38.52 – $53.70/hour (based on years of experience)
