Job descriptionA degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or At least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience with exposure to one or more of the following : General Ledger GAAP Audit support Accounts Payable / Receivable Billing Payroll Accurately process and code vendor invoices, ensuring timely entry for payment. Oversee purchase orders, payment schedules, and vendor statements to maintain billing accuracy. Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger, focusing on invoice and payment alignment. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and internal teams. Assist with month-end close processes related to payables and invoice reconciliation. Support additional billing and accounting tasks, including AR adjustments or audit preparation, as needed. Maintain organized billing records and ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures.

Salary : $41,600-$52,000; $20-25 / hr. + bonus!
