Affiliate Marketing Specialist (REMOTE)

The Specialist, Affiliate Marketing will support the execution and day-to-day management of affiliate marketing initiatives across our North American brands. This role will assist in building relationships with affiliate partners, monitoring performance, and coordinating campaigns to help drive customer acquisition and omnichannel growth. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the Specialist will ensure that affiliate activity aligns with brand goals and promotional calendars.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Support the day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns across Kay, Kay Outlet, Jared, Zales, Zales Outlet, Peoples, and Banter brands.

Assist in onboarding and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners.

Coordinate promotional offers, creative assets, and seasonal campaigns for affiliates.

Monitor program performance daily, including sales, ROI, conversion rates, and partner engagement.

Generate performance reports and share insights with the Manager, Affiliate Marketing.

Help track budgets and expenses to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure affiliate compliance with brand standards, policies, and promotional guidelines.

Stay up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities for program growth.

Collaborate with e-commerce, brand marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution.

Participate in the tracking and optimization of the affiliate program payout efficiency.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience with 1–2 years in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce

Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate) and analytics tools

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Eastern / Central Timezone candidates, preferred
