As a Product Delivery Manager within our organization, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex products and solutions within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product, technology, operations, and business stakeholdersto ensure successful product launches, continuous improvement, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of product management and agile delivery methodologies.

Job responsibilities include :

• Leading the product and project delivery process from start to finish, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting. Additionally, identifies and escalates opportunities to enhance efficiencies and improve functional coordination
• Overseeing the execution of change management activities across various functional partners, ensuring compliance with the firm's risk, control, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Efficiently managing timelines and dependencies, monitoring and addressing blockers, and collaborating with stakeholders and functional partners. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact delivery. Escalate as necessary and drive resolution
• Supporting the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitoring adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitating the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams and providing guidance, training, and support to propel continuous improvement and high performance
• Creating an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
• Enabling agile project delivery by facilitating the prioritization of tasks and managing resources to effectively address complex situations to achieve project goals
• Analyzing and interpreting policies, identifying key barriers, and applying critical thinking skills to address challenges within the product development lifecycle
• Tracking and reporting on delivery progress, key performance indicators, team progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders
• Leading the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensuring adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
