REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing teams, campaigns, and objectives for the assigned regional territory. The Regional Marketing Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing initiatives and communicates with his / her team what strategies will be employed to gain a targeted customer base.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual with 3 years or more of experience in outside canvassing and events marketing management. The right person will recruit, hire, train, and monitors the performance of Marketing Managers and Marketing Representatives within his / her assigned territory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Set Short- and Long-term Goals.
• Stay up to date on laws and permits needed for canvassing.
• Ensures goals and budgets are met and corrective action takes place if they are not.
• Ensures that our third-party locations are staffed, and that the rules of engagement are followed.
• Accountable for the Marketing team’s production and goals.
• Recommend changes to improve, correct or prevent marketing problems and opportunities.
• Prepares marketing activity reports and communicates report data to leadership on a regular basis.
• Collaborates with the People Operations Department and Accounting Department regarding policies, procedures, expenditures, and on the safe use of company vehicles, routine maintenance, and any vehicle needs that arise.
• Review and verify employee time sheets.
• Regularly communicate with the teams and individuals to assure compliance with Company policies, values and procedures, and all safety compliance instructions.
• Motivate, train, assign, and supervise marketing personnel.
