Step into the role of Content Strategist and become the mastermind behind our digital storytelling efforts in the real estate sector.

In this dynamic position, you will spearhead our social media presence, managing the entire content lifecycle from ideation and production to distribution and interaction.

Reporting to our Director of Media Production and collaborating closely with our visionary leader and creative team, your mission will be to craft compelling content that captivates and grows our audience on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire content creation process, from conceptualizing and filming to editing and posting daily content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

This includes creating engaging reels, stories, and actively interacting with the community through comments and DMs to boost engagement and expand our follower base.

  • Utilize insights to determine optimal posting times and craft captivating captions that enhance viewer interaction and content reach.
  • Travel to events, including speaking engagements and community gatherings, to produce real-time content that captures the essence of our brand and mission.
  • Regularly analyze the performance of different campaigns and content, adapting strategies to maximize effectiveness and engagement.
  • Manage the fast-paced environment of filming, editing, and posting content within tight deadlines, ensuring quick turnaround without compromising quality.
  • Craft and implement innovative content strategies that align with our brand’s mission and audience interests.
  • Engage with our community online to foster a loyal and active following.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaign enhancements and new content initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in content creation or related fields, with proven expertise in managing significant social media campaigns and digital content strategies.
  • Strong capabilities in video shooting and editing, especially with mobile devices and professional cameras.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate or related educational or coaching industries is a bonus, providing a valuable perspective on audience engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members and the online community.
  • Ability to scrutinize data and content performance to refine strategies and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and engagement.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in social media and digital technology to stay ahead of the curve in content marketing.
