Finance Manager

Location : Minneapolis

Job type : Full time

Schedule : Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

Salary : $115,000 - $180,000

Compensation for this position includes annual salary, 25% short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What You'll Do

Responsible for managing various accounting functions as well as leadership of the accounting team. Creates and analyzes financial statements and other financial documents to aid management in decision making process. Supports Finance leader with financial reporting, forecasting and analysis.

Management Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains a collaborative and trusting relationship, supervises and directs work of direct report(s).
• Leads and motivates direct report(s) to accomplish performance and development goals.
• Performs leadership functions such as hiring / termination decisions, conducting performance reviews, and managing performance of direct report(s) which includes mentoring and skill development through positive reinforcement, constructive and timely feedback.
